We use different warehouses and items will be dispatched separately when ordering. We are currently accepting orders in the  Australian and United Kingdom markets.

How long does shipping take?

      Some countries have restrictions on shipping:

      How long does it take to process an order?  Look at you go! It usually takes less than 24 hours to confirm your order. We aim to ship all items on time, but in rare cases, it can take longer during seasonal holidays. Once the warehouse has packed your order a delivery tracking number will be issued by email, this usually takes 2 -5 days.

      Do you offer free tracking on orders? Epic! Tracking numbers are sent by email after processing and packing, usually 2-5 days after the warehouse has fulfilled the order. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Note, it can take up to 7 days for shipping activity to update and tracking numbers to be sent.

      Can I get a refund if my goods do not arrive?  Aww Snap! Any orders not received within 8 weeks qualify for a full refund or reship. Contact us at sales@megakix.com if there are any issues.

      Do you offer a guarantee, can you return items? too easy! We offer an extended 14-day guarantee.  if you aren’t 100% satisfied with your items or received faulty goods, simply email our customer support team at sales@megakix.com. Please include the email address associated with the order and describe the issue, including photos if possible. We always aim to respond in 48 hours or less!
